Franz-Josef Dlugosch

Franz-Josef Dlugosch is an experienced interim manager with extensive expertise in R&D, innovation, restructuring, and insolvency management. After studying mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen, he successfully held numerous leadership positions in the automotive industry.

Since 2010, he has been managing complex projects and developing innovative solutions. He introduced a "Plant in Plant" concept for an OEM project and worked globally as Manager of Engineering & Testing in the friction materials industry, where he led international teams.

His roles as R&D Director Europe at a brake manufacturer and Director of Application Engineering Asia/Pacific at an automotive supplier highlight his skills in business development and product innovation.

Notably, his achievements in restructuring and insolvency management stand out. At an automotive supplier, he developed the technical insolvency plan, which was successfully implemented even after his release. He also successfully led restructuring projects at another supplier.

Since 2020, Mr. Dlugosch has been working as a freelancer, focusing on innovation, R&D, business development, and industrialization. His deep expertise and successful international projects make him an outstanding interim manager.
